Merry Christmas!
Thank you so much for your generous gifts. They are wonderful, just like your children. It has been a festive week! The students were amazing in the Christmas show. We wrapped up our Christmas Around the World essays and will be finishing our Google slide presentations for Christmas Around the World the week we come back, We will continue the second half of novel study, Sideway Stories from Wayside School in the New Year. We watched the movie, The Grinch, and the students did a writing prompt about how they can make the Grinch’s heart grow three sizes bigger. We had our Christmas Party today. Thank you to the Room moms that do such an amazing job of organizing it. In science, we are learning about different ecosystems and are creating brochures about those ecosystems. In January, students will be making their own ecosystems with their partner. Please have their materials into school by Friday, January 9th.
