Wow! We are at the end of our second trimester. Time is flying, and we are very busy fourth graders. In Language Arts, we continue our novel study of The Watsons Go to Birmingham. We have also begun our next writing project- Mythical Beasts. The students have chosen this topic to be our book that we will be publishing. In the next couple of weeks, I will send home information about the book that we will publish as a class. Parents will have the opportunity to purchase the class books. The students are really excited about this new adventure. In science, we are wrapping up ecosystems and will begin our next unit about energy. In Religion, we continue to learn about Lent. We also choose a weekly Lenten Goal for prayer, fasting, and almsgiving. We are busy, busy, busy!
