What a week! Short but sweet!
We have begun our next novel studies, Sideway Storis from Wayside School, by Louis Sachar. We continue to research our countries for Christmas Around the World. Students will write a compare and contrast essay comparing Christmas in the country of their choice and Christmas in the United States. They will also put together a google slide presentation about Christmas in their country of choice. We learned about multiples this week, as well as worked in our math groups. In science, we have wrapped up our chapter and will begin to learn about ecosystems. In religion, we work on ways we can be closer to Jesus and how we can emulate Him in our lives. Next week, we will do our service project with our Faith Buddies. We will also gather together as a school to enjoy our Thanksgiving Feast.
